BINTULU (Nov 28): The Samalaju Water Supply Infrastructure Project Phase 2 is a critical initiative aimed at addressing water demands in Samalaju Industrial Park (SIP).

A statement by the Regional Corridor Development Authority (Recoda) said upon completion, the plant will produce 200 million litres per day (MLD) of treated water meeting the demand of industries in SIP.

It was then followed by a project briefing by consultants.

Among those present included MoF division secretary Datuk Nor Eni Ismail and Sarawak State Financial Secretary’s Office Finance Unit acting deputy director Bata Punjab.
