Boil water advisory issued near Sugarland Plaza in Clewiston

CLEWISTON, Fla. — A boil water advisory is in effect for the area surrounding Sugarland Plaza until further notice, according to the Clewiston Police Department.

Police say a water line break occurred Saturday near 820 W. Sugarland Highway. The break has been repaired, but the advisory remains in place.

Business owners — especially restaurants and other food service establishments — are urged to take appropriate precautions before using water.
