A bonus nook and teen room also bring multipurpose appeal. A Marlowe plan includes 2,829 square feet, five bedrooms, four baths, a two-car garage and an open-concept kitchen that serves as the heart of the home. The Emery is the largest of the three quick-move-in plans, featuring 2,935 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. A separate-entry casita offers privacy and convenience, ideal for multigenerational living or hosting guests. Each residence includes a covered patio that seamlessly extends the home’s entertaining space outdoors.
