Registration closing soon for Dallas free tree giveaway

Registration is open through Sept. 30 or while supplies last.

Registration for the 2026 Branch Out Dallas tree giveaway is open through Sept. 30 or while supplies last.

Only one tree per Dallas residence is allowed and only registered participants will be able to pick up their tree on Dallas Arbor Day, Saturday, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon at the distribution location selected during registration.

• The City of Dallas has listed what you need to register:
• You must live in the City of Dallas. Residents of adjacent cities are not eligible to register.
• You must have a 10-digit Dallas Water Utilities account number. It always begins with the number "1".
• You must include the ZIP code of your service address.
• ​You must provide an email address and phone number to receive updates regarding your registration
