Riyadh – Mubasher: Future Vision for Health Training Company inked a contract on 31 August with the Research and Consultation Center at Taif University to implement professional diploma programs.

The agreement, which carries a total target value of SAR 100 million over four academic semesters, focuses on remote learning across administrative, financial, digital, and health specialties.

Under the terms of the contract, the targeted financial fees for a single semester are estimated at SAR 24.96 million.

The partnership is scheduled to last for two academic years and is subject to renewal upon written agreement between both parties.

This collaboration follows a previously signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) and aligns with the company's strategy to diversify its educational portfolio and expand academic partnerships through Taif University’s Applied College.

The company expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting in 2027.

Future Vision for Health Training confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
