Alkhorayef Water signs over SAR 101m contract with NWC

Riyadh — Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company announced the signing of a contract valued at SAR 101.32 million with the National Water Company (NWC) on 11 August 2026.

The agreement covers the operation and maintenance of water and sewage networks in Al Khobar, according to a bourse disclosure.

The contract spans a duration of 36 months, during which Alkhorayef Water will be responsible for the comprehensive technical management of the city's utility infrastructure.

This final signing follows the initial award of the project which was previously announced on 14 July 2026.

Alkhorayef Water stated that the financial impact of this project is projected to be reflected in its financial statements beginning in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.

It also confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
