We don’t have access to light and water because we’ve not paid our rent- Mr. Ibu’s family cries out
by Mzta Churchill · GHANA PAGEThe immediate family of the late Nigerian superstar, Mr. Ibu has taken to social media to make their predicaments known to all and sundry.
The family was captured in a viral video where they emotionally poured out what they are going through, revealing that they are going through hell and have to depend on alms for survival.
The family, led by the mother claim at the moment, they have no access to water and electricity because they have unpaid rent, revealing that even getting their phones charged is a problem.
“There is a problem with electricity and water because we have not paid our rent. They have even cut my light for two months now. Every night, we go look for where to get our phones charged. And it’s not easy for us”, the wife of the late actor shared.
She questioned why the lives of the immediate family of a legend could be going through hell and have no option but to depend on alms for survival.
According to her, “the family of a legend, not just anybody, Mr. Ibu. Now that he’s gone, his family shouldn’t be suffering”.
