The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, approved the insurance scheme, saying that incarceration should not prevent citizens from accessing quality healthcare and other basic rights.

The Osun Health Insurance Agency disclosed this on Monday, saying arrangements had already commenced for the exercise.
