'Inday' keeps strength as Signal No. 2 remains over parts of Northern Luzon

Typhoon Inday (international name: Bavi) weakened further early Friday as it accelerated northwestward over the sea east of Batanes, with Signal No. 2 remaining in effect over parts of Extreme Northern Luzon.
