Well, Rep. Ritchie Torres is introducing a bill called the "Quick Recognition Act" to help people identify ICE agents who are concealing their identities. "There is nothing the Trump administration fears more than transparency and accountability," Torres' spokesperson recently said.

The Quick Recognition Act would require ICE agents to wear QR codes on their uniforms that, when scanned, direct the scanner to a website with details about the officer's identity, including their name and badge number.
