Well, according to a Wall Street Journal report, the president allegedly said that he plans to grant mass pardons to top officials before leaving office.

In fact, his exact words, reportedly, were: "I'll pardon everyone who has come within 200 feet of the Oval."

When asked about the report, Trump's Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded, saying, "The Wall Street Journal should learn to take a joke. However, the president’s pardon power is absolute."
