It's no secret that under Donald Trump, the federal workforce has struggled. Multiple government shutdowns have led to workers going without pay, often with even more pressure to perform their jobs at the highest level.

One MAGA voter who claims to be a federal essential employee is melting down over the constant "disrespect" and "disregard" from the government, and their post is going viral on Reddit.

"The same leaders responsible for these shutdowns continue receiving their own salaries while using essential workers as political leverage."
