1 person dead after shooting: Surrey Police Service

At least one person was killed in a broad-daylight shooting on Monday afternoon in Surrey, police say.

According to the Surrey Police Service (SPS), the incident occurred near the intersection of 130 Street and 76 Avenue.

Images from the scene show that police have cordoned off entrances to a commercial building.

“We have a confirmed shooting,” SPS spokesperson Ian MacDonald told CityNews.
