Love Gill was called out during the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar featuring Rohit Shetty. The actress was left in tears after her bond with Scout OP was questioned, with Kaashvi Hiranandani also bombarding her with questions about their closeness. Amid this, Gill's team has issued a pointed statement.

The latest episode of Bigg Boss 20 came with some tough conversations, one of which was the controversial bond between Love Gill and Scout OP. Kaashvi Hiranandani also appeared on the Weekend Ka Vaar episode and questioned them about what was going on between them. The questions left Gill in tears, and hours later her team issued a sharp statement about what happened. 

Taking to Instagram in the wee hours of October 26, 2026, Love Gill's team issued a three-part statement. They alleged that there was only so much a person could take before their resolve collapses and called what happened to Gill "agonising". They shared that watching her character being torn on national TV destroyed her family. 

The statement asked the viewers to think about her mother, who just watched her daughter take the blame for a man's uncurbed emotions. They further questioned if the world had completely lost its humanity. A part of the post read:

"Imagine being a mother, sitting at home, helpless as you watch the world ruthlessly vilify the daughter you raised. Imagine watching her take the blame for a man's uncurbed emotions, while opportunistic influencers and clout-chasers turn her pain into content for likes, views, and headlines. Have we completely stripped away our humanity? Do we even care what happens to a soul when we throw it under the bus so brutally?"

Further in the post, Love Gill's team asserted that she had made her boundaries clear from the very beginning that she only saw Scout OP as a brother. However, the moment the man crossed those boundaries and confessed his feelings, society decided to blame it on Gill. They questioned why a grown man was being treated as a victim while the woman was being painted as a seductress.

Gill's team questioned why she should bear the burden of maintaining the boundaries and the humiliation of feelings she never had. They also asserted that Gill shouldn't have to bleed to protect the fragile reality of another woman, referring to Scout OP's relationship with Kaashvi. The note could be read as:

"Why is a grown man treated like a victim of hypnosis, while a girl is painted as a calculated temptress? Why is she expected to carry the burden, the shame, and the humiliation for feelings she never asked for and never reciprocated? Love shouldn't have to bleed to protect another woman's fragile reality. She shouldn't have to surrender her dignity just because someone else lacks the courage to hold their own partner accountable."

In the final post, Love Gill's team asserted that the actress was forced to stand in the "public execution" of her character when she should have been heard and respected. They concluded by claiming that a woman should not have had to pay for a man's doing, and her family shouldn't have had to see her being torn apart like that. The post could be read as:

"She deserved to be heard, respected, and protected. Instead, she was humiliated and sacrificed at the altar of public judgment. No woman should ever have to pay for a man's choices. No family should ever have to watch their child be broken like this. Love Gill deserved empathy, not cruelty. She deserved justice, not a character assassination."

For those who are not aware, Love Gill and Scout OP were questioned during the recent episode of Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar. The questions came after their repeated closeness, including how Scout was often seen massaging, talking to and hugging her despite being in a relationship outside the house.
