Myanmar Ambassador to Thailand meets AMATA officials to discuss YASEC project

Myanmar Ambassador to Thailand U Zaw Zaw Soe met with a delegation led by Mr. Yasuo Tsutsui, Chief Marketing Officer of AMATA Corporation Public Company Limited and Managing Director of Yangon AMATA Smart and Eco City Ltd. (YASEC), at the Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok on September 24, 2026.

During the meeting, AMATA officials presented an update on the implementation of the Yangon AMATA Smart and Eco City (YASEC) project. The two sides exchanged views on measures to ensure the successful implementation of the project and explored opportunities to further strengthen cooperation in the future.

According to a statement, AMATA Corporation Public Company Limited also expressed its interest in increasing investment in Myanmar based on its ongoing activities in the country.
