A curfew has been imposed in Dawei Township from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., effective from October 21, under Section 144 of the Criminal Code.

According to locals, curfew orders were posted at government offices, vehicle gates, and tea shops, reminding the public that gatherings of more than five people and processions are prohibited.
