According to a press note issued by the Secretary of the Maharashtra State Council of Examination, police found that individuals in Bhiwandi had questions that were present in the real test paper.

Gurugram court denies bail to alleged mastermind of fake Mounjaro racket

Abhimanyu Hazarika in Gurugram reports that a court in Gurugram has denied regular bail to Avi Sharma, the alleged mastermind behind a fake Mounjaro injection racket, saying the accusations against him are serious and amount to fraud on the public. In an order dated 20 June, Additional Sessions Judge Yashwinder Paul Singh said the accused prima facie appeared to be involved in the sale of spurious, adulterated and misbranded drugs. Authorities had seized suspected fake Mounjaro Kwikpen injections worth over Rs 56 lakh from a car near Super Mart during a raid on 18 April.
