NSW Police will allege that a man used a business to fraudulently gain over $7 million in investments between February 2022 and June 2022.

Strike Force Noolinga was established to investigate reports of alleged fraudulent activities by a 34-year-old man, police said.

The man was arrested on Thursday, March 19, at Muswellbrook police station where he was charged with eight counts of dishonestly obtain financial advantage etc by deception.

He was refused bail and appeared before Bail Division Court 2 on Thursday.

In an unrelated incident, fraud charges were also laid last month against two men who were accused of scamming elderly women in car parks across NSW, including in the Hunter.
