Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-Year-Old Son Has Been Arrested for Alleged Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Battery

A teenage classmate of Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann Jr. told police he assaulted her inside a co-ed sauna at a gym near their homes, according to court documents.

Kim Zolciak rose to fame as a cast member on Real Housewives of Atlanta from 2008 to 2012, returning for season 10 in 2017 and appearing on 15 in 2023.

Per the report, an officer was sent to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, after the girl and her father reported a sexual assault they said had happened the day before. She told police she was hanging out at the gym when she ran into her friend, and the two went into the sauna together.

Kroy Biermann Sr. played for the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 to 2015 and the Buffalo Bills in 2016.

She alleges he got touchy, she told him no, and he continued, at one point forcing her mouth onto his genitals and digitally penetrating her.

An officer says he first tried reaching Kroy Sr. on May 14 and spoke with him on May 18, when the father said he’d discuss the matter with Kim. Kroy Jr. was arrested on August 17 and remains in custody on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

KJ is one of several children in the Zolciak-Biermann household. Kim and Kroy met in 2010 at a charity event and married in 2011. Kim had two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from previous relationships, whom Kroy later adopted. Together the couple had four more children: sons KJ and Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane.

Kim and Kroy documented their growing family on the reality TV show Don’t Be Tardy from 2012-2020.

The pair’s marriage unraveled publicly over the past few years. They first filed for divorce in May 2023, then reconciled, before filing again later that year. The on-and-off split has played out amid financial and custody disputes, and the two have remained legally entangled since.

Adding to the tangled dynamics, Kroy has reportedly begun dating the ex-girlfriend of Kim’s current boyfriend, further complicating an already messy family picture.
