Two fatal shootings by ICE agents, six days and 1,800 miles apart, have drawn scrutiny after DHS acknowledged that in each case the man killed was not the person agents were looking for.
Both men were driving to work when they were shot. Neither had a criminal record, and both were mistaken for someone else.
Neither shooting was captured on body camera, because ICE agents aren’t required to wear them.
