We won’t riot after poll, vows notorious January 6 ‘Shaman’

A fleet of 12 helicopters flew low and fast over the Capitol Building in Washington DC this week in drills that were preparing for all hell to break loose after next Tuesday’s election.

Many Americans and enforcement authorities fear a repeat of the protests and violence triggered by the outcome of the last presidential election. In Washington at least seven people died as a result of injuries sustained after Donald Trump supporters descended on the Capitol Building in a failed attempt to prevent Congress certification of his loss. The city is now bracing as it would for a natural disaster.
