At a wedding venue in Bankstown last December, independent fuel retailer Metro Petroleum held its annual Christmas party.
The event was hosted by owner brothers John and George Dib and was attended by staff, local member and NSW minister Jihad Dib (no relation), much of the city’s Arabic-language press (who reported on the event), several Maronite priests and monks, and rugby league broadcaster Andrew Voss, who was MC.
