The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has declared the written examination result for the UP Police Constable Recruitment 2025. A total of 76,184 candidates have qualified in the written exam and have been shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 32,679 constable vacancies in the Uttar Pradesh Police. The written examination was conducted on June 8, 9 and 10, with more than 28.8 lakh candidates appearing for the test. The recruitment board has now shortlisted 76,184 candidates - 2.33 times the number of vacancies - for document verification and physical standard testing.

UP POLICE CONSTABLE RECRUITMENT RESULT: HOW TO CHECK

  • Visit the official website at uppbpb.gov.in.
  • Click on the UP Police Constable Result 2026 link on the homepage.
  • Open the merit list PDF.
  • Search your roll number using the Ctrl + F function.
  • Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Candidates who have qualified will now undergo document verification (DV) from August 17, followed by the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which are scheduled to be held in September.

According to the recruitment board, candidates equal to 2.33 times the number of advertised vacancies have been shortlisted for document verification and physical standard testing.

The board has advised shortlisted candidates to keep their original documents ready and regularly check the official website for the detailed schedule, venue and other instructions related to the document verification and physical tests.
