In a shocking incident in Telangana’s Nalgonda district, four members of a family, including two children, were found dead inside their home. The incident came to light after neighbours noticed a foul smell coming from the house and alerted the police.

When a police team reached the spot on Monday, they broke open the locked doors and found four bodies lying inside in a highly decomposed condition.

The deceased were identified as Sheikh Sultan, his wife Haseena, and their two children.

According to preliminary investigation, police suspect that the family may have died by suicide after allegedly consuming pesticide.

However, officials said the exact cause of death will be confirmed only after a detailed probe.

Sheikh Sultan was reportedly running a bag business in Nalgonda to support his family.
