Indian Army Agniveer CEE result 2026 declared: What's next?

The Indian Army has declared the Agniveer Common Entrance Examination (CEE) Result 2026. Candidates who appeared for the online written examination can now check the zone-wise and Army Recruitment Office (ARO)-wise merit lists on the official recruitment website, joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The results have been released in PDF format for different recruitment offices across the country.

The merit lists include the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.

The results cover several categories, including Agniveer General Duty (GD), Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Tradesman (8th Pass and 10th Pass), Office Assistant/Clerk, Women Military Police, Sepoy Pharma, and Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant.

The Army has released merit lists for multiple AROs under the Lucknow and Pune Recruiting Zones, including Agra, Almora, Amethi, Bareilly, Lansdowne, Lucknow, Meerut, Pithoragarh, Varanasi, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Jamnagar, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Pune.

The Indian Army has not announced the total number of candidates who qualified the written examination. Candidates can check their qualifying status only through the ARO-wise merit lists available on the official website.

Candidates who have cleared the written examination will now have to undergo the remaining stages of the recruitment process.

These include the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), document verification, medical examination, and, wherever applicable, an adaptability test. Clearing the CEE alone does not guarantee final selection. Final merit lists will be prepared after candidates qualify in all stages.

• Click on the Agniveer CEE Result 2026 link on the homepage.
• Select the relevant Army Recruitment Office (ARO) or recruitment zone.
• Open the merit list PDF.
• Use the search option (Ctrl+F) to find your roll number.
• Download and save the merit list for future reference.

The Common Entrance Examination is the first stage of recruitment under the Agnipath scheme. Candidates shortlisted through the written test will receive information about the schedule for recruitment rallies and subsequent selection stages from their respective Army Recruitment Offices.

Aspirants are advised to regularly check the official website for updates on rally dates, admit cards, and further instructions.
