RESULT DATES ANNOUNCED FOR GSEB CLASS 10, 12
According to the announcement, the Gujarat Board will publish the Class 12 Science and General stream results on Monday, May 4, 2026.
The Class 10 results will follow on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Students from both classes will be able to check their scores through the Board's official portal once the results are declared.
STEP-BY-STEP: HOW TO CHECK GSEB CLASS 12 RESULTS
Students can easily access their Gujarat Board Class 12 results online by following these simple steps:
- Visit the official website: gseb.org
- Click on the link that says “HSC Result 2026”
- Enter your six-digit seat number in the required field
- Click on the Submit button
- Your result will appear on the screen
- Download and save the marksheet for future reference
Students are advised to keep their seat number ready before checking results to avoid delays during peak traffic hours. The online marksheet is provisional, and original documents will be issued later through schools.
ALTERNATIVE ACCESS IF WEBSITE CRASHES
Each year, large numbers of students try to access the GSEB Board's website at the same time after the results are declared.
This heavy traffic often puts pressure on the website and can lead to crashes, making it difficult for students to check their marks. To address this, the State Government has introduced an alternative facility this year.
If the website becomes unavailable, students can get their results through WhatsApp by sending their Seat Number to 6357300971.
STUDENTS NUMBERS ACROSS STREAMS
A total of 1.53 million students registered for the Gujarat Board examinations this year.
Of them, 910,000 were Class 10 students, including 770,000 regular candidates and the remaining external candidates.
For Class 12 General stream, 501,000 students registered, of whom 440,000 were regular students. In the Class 12 Science stream, 1.2 lakh students appeared for the examination. Around 1.3 lakh students also took the GUJCET examination this year.
GUJCET RESULT TO BE OUT
The GUJCET 2026 result, which is important for admission to engineering and pharmacy colleges in the state, will be announced along with the Class 12 Science result on May 4.
With the schedule now confirmed and an alternative access system in place, students will be able to check their results either on the official website or through WhatsApp.
