A video showing Donald Trump carefully walking down the steps of Air Force One has set off fresh debate around his health, with social media users closely examining his movements and raising questions about his physical condition.
The footage, captured as 79-year-old Trump arrived in Florida on March 21, quickly spread online, drawing mixed reactions. While some saw signs of discomfort in his measured steps, others dismissed the chatter as overblown.
In the clip, Trump is seen gripping the railing and descending the aircraft stairs at a steady but cautious pace, pausing briefly midway before reaching the ground safely.
The moment sparked a wave of commentary online.
“Wow! Trump really is looking old, tired and dishevelled, he can barely make it down the steps of Air Force One!” one user wrote while sharing the video.
Others pointed out that such movement could be routine, though the visual was enough to fuel speculation.
The latest video comes amid growing attention on Trump’s physical appearance in recent months. Observers have pointed to what they describe as swollen ankles, changes in skin tone and other visible signs.
This is not the first time his movements have drawn scrutiny, with clips from public appearances often circulating widely and prompting debate.
Trump, however, has pushed back against such claims, frequently referring to past medical assessments by former White House doctor Ronny Jackson.
“I’ll never forget, they said, ‘Who’s the healthiest president?’ He said ‘By far Trump. There’s nobody even close,’” Trump said recently.
The discussion intensified after another video from a ceremony a day earlier showed Trump appearing to steady himself before sitting down.
In that footage, he grips a table with both hands and lowers himself into a chair, his face briefly tightening as he bends his knees.
Though the moment lasts only seconds, it has been widely shared, adding to the ongoing debate.
Reactions online ranged from concern to sharp criticism.
“It’s time to come clean about his health,” one user wrote.
Another comment read, “Maybe he’ll fall and break his neck.”
A third said, “Trump is getting old and his brain is muddled,” while another added, “The weight of his bad decisions is catching up with him”
Others questioned whether such moments were being taken out of context, pointing to the speed at which short clips can shape narratives around public figures.
Despite the renewed attention, there has been no official word suggesting any change to Trump’s schedule. He is expected to spend the weekend in Florida before travelling to Tennessee and then returning to Washington.
