Video: Drone view of town devastated in Nepal floods shows landscape of mud, debris

Drone footage published by news agency ANI on X captured the devastation caused by last week's flash floods in Devighat in Nepal's Nuwakot district. The bird's-eye view video shows houses and other buildings severely damaged, with the town reduced to a landscape of mud and debris. Across Nepal, the death toll from the catastrophic flash floods rose to 1,222 on Thursday, while 4,875 people remained unaccounted for, according to official figures released by the government. Of those missing, 601 are foreign nationals, the authorities added.
