The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has started inviting applications from Class 12 graduates for various Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) positions, offering salaries up to Rs 92,300 per month.

The online application window opened on October 28, 2024, and interested candidates must apply by November 26, 2024, on the official website. A total of 20 positions are available, including the roles of Assistant Sub Inspector, Head Constable, and Constable within the organisation.

ELIGIBILITY AND AGE LIMIT

Candidates applying for Assistant Sub Inspector roles (Laboratory Technician and Radiographer) must be between 20 and 28 years of age, while other positions require candidates to be between 18 and 25 years.

The application fee is Rs 100 for General, OBC, and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates. There is no fee for SC, ST, Women, and Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Selected candidates for the ITBP recruitment will be compensated according to Pay Matrix Levels 3, 4, and 5, as per the 7th Pay Commission. The salary ranges are as follows: Level 5 (Rs 29,200 – Rs 92,300), Level 4 (Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100), and Level 3 (Rs 21,700 – Rs 69,100).

The recruitment process involves five stages: Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Test, Document Verification, and Detailed Medical Test (DME)/Review Medical Test (RME).
