KIIT School of Law wins 37th Bar Council of India National All India Inter-University Moot Court Competition

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar-based KIIT School of Law has won the 37th Bar Council of India National All India Inter-University Moot Court Competition. The competition was held at Karnavati University of Gujarat from November 15 to November 17, 2024.

With this, the KIIT School of Law became the first private institution to clinch this prestigious title and it is even more special as our young school, just 17 years old, has now achieved this incredible feat for the 3rd time- a rare & historic accomplishment among law schools in the country.

Meanwhile, Achyuta Samanta, who has founded the KIIT School of Law in 2007, congratulated the staff and students of the institute saying this victory is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the students and faculty. “My heartfelt congratulations to the entire team. You make KIIT proud!,” he added.

It is to be noted here that the All India Inter-University Moot Court Competition is being held annually by the Bar Council of India where the students of different famous law colleges of the country take part and fight to win the competition.
