2 turned critical in road mishap in Odisha’s Balasore district, watch

Jaleswar: In a tragic incident, at least two persons turned critical yesterday late night in a road mishap in Balasore district of Odisha in which an unidentified vehicle hit their car. The accident took place at the Kuntupur chhaka on the National Highway no. 60.

The identity of the injured persons are yet to be ascertained.

As per the information received, an unidentified vehicle hit the car for which the two passenger of the car turned critical. The National Highway Patrol Police and Basta police reached the spot and rescued the injured persons and sent them to the hospital. They have been admitted to Balasore hospital.

It has been learnt that the car was heading towards West Bengal when the accident took place. The car has been severely damaged.

Investigation by Basta Police is underway.
