Odisha Govt reshuffles OAS officers, assigns new responsibilities to these officers

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government today effected a major reshuffle among the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers and assigned new responsibilities to several officers.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department, Subhasis Mansingh, the present Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation in the Office of RDC (CD), Kataka has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Women & Child Development Department.

  • Bibekananda Sahoo, OAS (SAG), Additional Secretary to Government, Women & Child Development Department is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Additional Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar under the Member, Board of Revenue.

  • Saroj Kumar Swain, OAS (SAG), Additional Secretary to Government, Tourism Department is transferred and posted as Secretary, Kataka Development Authority (KDA), Kataka.
  • Mayadhar Behera, OAS (S), Sub-Collector, Anugola is transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Anugola. In exercise of powers conferred under Sub Section-2 of Section-14 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the State Government do hereby appoint Mayadhar Behera, OAS (S), as the Additional District Magistrate, Anugola in the district of Anugola.
