College student stabbed 14 times in broad daylight in Ujjain

New Delhi: A video of the savagery that unfolded in a street full of people was captured on camera.

A young college student was brutally stabbed by an assailant in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, in front of the public while passing by a roadside.

The attacker had spoken to the student for a few moments, then brutally stabbed her 14 times in 47 seconds before escaping.

In the entire incident, the helpless young college student fell to the ground bleeding from deep wounds on the shoulder and left hand.

The entire episode has been captured on a nearby street camera.

Her family rushed her to a hospital for further treatment, and her condition has been reported critical.

Police have initiated a massive search to nab the assailant who had disappeared after the brutal attack on a college student.

While investigators are taking help from the CCTV images to track down the culprit, they are also looking to investigate to know the motive for such a ruthless assault.
