Man kills Elder brother over family dispute in Balasore

Balasore: In a shocking incident, a man allegedly murdered his elder brother over family dispute in Manakunda village under Bhograi police limits of Balasore district.

The deceased has been identified as Sudam Majhi.

As per reports, Sudam Majhi and his younger brother Sudhakhar Majhi fought over petty domestic issue and in a fit of rage, he pushed him onto the ground. Family members took him to Jaleswar Community Health Center (CHC) in a critical condition. After his health deteriorated, he was shifted to Balasore Government Hospital for medical aid. But the doctor declared him dead.

On being informed, the Bhograi police reached the spot and have started an investigation into the matter.

Later, the police detained younger brother Sudhakar Majhi and started questioning him.
