Parents kill son over drinking in Gujarat, calls it self killing

Ahmedabad: A shocking incident has come to light in which parents kills their 23-year-old son and gives it a name of self killing in a Gujarat Village.

Initially a case was registered as unnatural death, but after the post mortem reports and victim’s wife complaint revealed the whole murder plot and the case took a turn and became a murder case.

The victim of the incident is identified as 23-year-old Ram Babubhai Bambhava. The post mortem report revealed that it wasn’t self killing but a murder.

The reason behind parents killing their own child is revealed as Ram’s alcohol addiction and heated arguments with parents at home. The argument was always based on Ram’s addiction to alcohol, but on the day the incident took place, the argument turned violent.

As per reports, the mother forced him to consume acid and father started assaulting him and later strangled him to death.

Following the incident, to save themselves from any punishment for their crime, they portrayed the whole case as suicide. Father also tried to silent the case by calling local leaders and asking them for quick post mortem examination which doesn’t create any suspicion.

At first it looked unclear, but after a detailed police investigation and post-mortem report, the truth came out.

The victim’s wife filed a complaint. Based on that, police registered a murder case. Following the complaint the accused parents were arrested.

Further investigation into this matter is underway.
