Telangana man angered by POCSO case kills wife,kids,teen he assaulted, her family

Hyderabad: In a gruesome incident, a 35-year-old man has allegedly killed his wife and children before murdering the teen girl who accused him of sexual harassment and her family in Telangana.

The accused, Rajkumar, brutally attacked his 30-year-old wife, Parvathi Saritha, and two sons aged 4 and 1 at their residence in Shabad on Friday night.

Later, he then travelled to a 17-year-old girl who had previously filed the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) case against him along with the girl’s mother and grandmother.

At the time of the incident, her 20-year-old sister, a person with disabilities, was also present in the house, but she was not harmed.

In May, Rajkumar was arrested after a case was filed against him for stalking and sexually harassing the minor girl.

Rajkumar was on the run after the case was registered and later secured anticipatory bail on a personal bond of Rs 20,000 from the court, as the sections invoked carried a punishment of less than seven years.

As per police sources, after committing this heinous crime, the accused called his family members, informed them that he had murdered six people, and stated that he was going to commit suicide; his whereabouts remain unknown since then.

Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene with heavy security and took custody of the bodies. The bodies have been sent to government hospitals for post-mortem examinations.

A case related to murder and sexual offenses have been registered, and the matter is being investigated.
