Khan sir’s institutes sealed over no fire NOC, day after Lucknow fire

Prayagraj: Authorities have reportedly sealed Khan global classes which is associated with educator Khan Sir over no fire no objection certificate (NOC) in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

This decision comes following deadly fire accident at coaching center in Lucknow which killed 15 people on Monday.

As per reports, the action was taken after inspections to check if the coaching institutes were complying with building and safety regulations. The actions were directed by Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA).

After that students who were present in the coaching center were asked to vacant it. The office was shuttled before sealing the building. The authorities have also pasted a note which reads that any attempt to break the seal or resume operations without permission would invite legal action, including the registration of an FIR.

It is being reportedly said that the building that Khan sir used to establish Khan global classes was not approved for commercial use.

Local officials have started checking coaching centers and other busy places in many cities.

This started one day after a deadly fire at a coaching center in Lucknow. The fire raised worries about safety rules and whether educational establishments across Uttar Pradesh follow them.
