IAS officer transferred, 2 get additional charge - Greater Kashmir

Jammu, Oct 19: J&K Government Saturday ordered the transfer of one Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer while two other (IAS) officers were assigned additional charges.

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Dheeraj Gupta, IAS (AGMUT: 1993), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment (with the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department) has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister with immediate effect.

Shailendra Kumar, IAS, (AGMUT: 1995) Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department will also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Santosh D Vaidya, IAS, (AGMUT: 1998) Principal Secretary, Finance Department will also hold charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Through a separate GAD order, Abdul Khabir, JKAS, Deputy Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, has been transferred and posted as Special Assistant with Surinder Choudhary, Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, with immediate effect.
