Bangladesh missions suspend visa services

New Delhi, Dec 23: Bangladesh has suspended consular and visa services at several missions, The Daily Star reported. According to the newspaper, the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi and the Assistant High Commission in Agartala have halted all consular and visa services.

while a visa application centre in Kolkata, operated by a third-party service, was also closed.

A notice posted at the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi stated that all consular and visa services had been temporarily suspended until further notice due to “unavoidable circumstances,” while expressing regret for any inconvenience caused.
