No injuries reported after shots fired in Scarborough Village

Toronto police say shots were fired in Scarborough Village early Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to the Eglinton Avenue East and Markham Road area for reports of a shooting.

Investigators say they located “evidence of a firearm discharge,” and no injuries were reported.

An investigation is ongoing.
