J&K Cabinet to meet today

Jammu Tawi, Sept 09: The Jammu and Kashmir cabinet will meet on Thursday afternoon under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to take decisions on several proposals, sources disclosed.

According to sources, the agenda includes consideration of the Skill Development Policy and a revised Home Stay Policy. The cabinet is also expected to deliberate on infrastructure projects, land transfers, and promotion of officers.

A few bills slated for introduction in the upcoming budget session are likewise expected to be taken up during the meeting, the sources added.
