Youth Arrested for Alleged Terror Links in Jammu

Jammu, Nov 27:  Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested a 19-year-old youth for alleged involvement in terror-related activities, officials said on Thursday. The teen, originally from Reasi and now living in Bathindi, has been booked under FIR No. 331/2025 at Police Station Bahu Fort.

Police said initial investigations indicate the suspect was radicalized online and was allegedly planning to execute a terror act. Authorities also found he had been in contact with phone numbers traced to Pakistan and other foreign countries.

Digital devices recovered from his possession are currently being examined. Police added that the suspect is undergoing detailed questioning as a broader investigation continues.  (Agencies)
