3 DySPs promoted, 11 Inspectors promoted as DySPs

Jammu Tawi, Sept 2: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded sanction the promotion of 11 Inspectors of the General Cadre as Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs), General Cadre, with immediate effect.

The officers promoted are Sheikh Azad (PID No. ARP985554), Imtiyaz Ahmad (ARP985553), Bashir Ahmad (ARP985435), Mohd. Amin (ARP985496), Mohd. Ilyas Malik (ARP981649), Sanjeev Kumar (ARP983931), Mohd. Farooq (ARP985494), Bahar Ahmad (ARP981680), Mushtaq Ahmad (ARP985555), Mir Riyaz Ahmad (ARP983609) and Farooq Ahmad (ARP984121).

The promoted officers will hold the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (General Cadre) in Pay Level-8 (₹47,600–1,51,100).

 In a separate order, The J&K Government has accorded sanction to the promotion of three Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) as Superintendents of Police (SPs) with immediate effect.
