J&K To Host Travel Mart On April 14-15
by Northlines · NorthlinesJAMMU, Mar 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department will host the Kashmir Travel Mart-2026 on April 14-15 to showcase the region’s tourism potential and strengthen its position as a global travel destination.
Announcing the event, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said around 250 stakeholders from over 20 states across the country are expected to participate, making it a significant platform for tourism promotion and industry engagement.
He said the travel mart will feature craft safaris, curated destination tours, and B2B interactions, offering participants an immersive experience of Kashmir’s culture, heritage, and hospitality.
Describing it as a major initiative, the Chief Minister said the event aims to enhance tourism linkages and further position Kashmir prominently on the global tourism map.
