Police appeal after reported violent assault in Chambers

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a young woman was allegedly grabbed around the throat during an incident at Chambers nightclub earlier this month.

The incident is said to have happened near the stairs leading to the dance floor between 1.10am and 1.20am on Sunday 17 May.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 612612 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting reference M03278/2026.
