by · Daily Post

A woman has been killed in Adamawa State and her head reportedly taken away.

The suspected ritual killer of 38-year-old Susuti Denhan carried out the act in Girei, the same community where a similar suspected ritual killing took place earlier in the week.

DAILY POST gathered on Saturday evening that the incident occurred on Friday in Unguwan Abuja, Girei Local Government Area.

According to an account of the incident, the woman, who was said to be deaf, left her house on Friday, August 21, but did not return home, prompting members of her family to begin a search for her.

The search party reportedly found her body, without its head, on a mountain on Saturday.

The Adamawa State Police Command was yet to respond to enquiries about the incident when this report was filed shortly before 8 pm on Saturday.
