Osun Decides: ‘Use front camera’ – Davido reacts to BVAS issues

Afrobeats singer, Davido, has urged election officials to use the front camera on the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, when its main camera is not working in the ongoing Osun governorship election.

Davido made the call in a post shared on his official X handle on Saturday, August 15, 2026, as voting continued across the state.

The singer said the front camera could be used as an alternative, describing it as very active and fast.

“If your BVAS camera is not working, please tell the officials to use front camera. It is very active and fast!” Davido wrote.
