Odogwu Asaba must face the law – Oborevwori’s Aide, Ejumudo insists

A Senior Special Assistant on Human Rights to Delta State Governor, Kelvin Ejumudo on Thursday insisted that popular content creator identified as Odogwu Asaba must face the full weight of the law for the alleged rape, sexual molestation, assault of a deceased twenty year old girl, demanding his arrest by the Delta State Police Command for his arrest.

This is contained in a statement by Ejumudo and made available to newsmen in Delta.

It was alleged that the deceased committed suicide by drinking substances believed to be sniper after the suspect who is currently in police custody allegedly raped, sexually molested and assaulted her after he lured her to Asaba under the pretence of helping her.

Pained by the development, the deceased, who is a twin, raised an alarm on social media before she committed suicide.

The suspect’s arrest was made possible by the Effurun Area Commander of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP, Aliyu Shaba and his men.

According to Ejumudo, “I must appreciate the swift response of the Nigeria Police Force Delta State Command through Area commander Effurun ACP Aliyu Shaba for the arrest of the suspect, Odogwu Asaba, who was on the run.

“My deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of late Miss Favour Agbro, a native of Urhobo from Ughelli North Local Government area of Delta State.

Ejumudo lamented that, “A boy child that’s badly raised can become an endangered specie to a girl child. We have monsters living amongst us as humans.”
