Security breach: Russia reacts as India arrests Ukrainians, American

The individuals allegedly crossed the border illegally from the Indian state of Mizoram into Myanmar and established contacts with the armed ethnic groups.
They are accused of supplying the local groups with manufactured drones, training them in drone assembly and repair, and conducting electronic warfare.
In a statement, Russia claimed the reaction of the Ukrainian embassy in New Delhi sought to conceal the incident and its citizens’ “questionable activities designed to destabilize the region.”
Moscow says it is suspicious that Kyiv remains silent on the violation of India’s counter-terrorism legislation, but accuses Indian and Russian news agencies of deliberately falsifying the facts.
Russia recalled its warnings about the risks of the large-scale militarization of Ukraine by NATO and the EU, saying weapons supplied are inadequately accounted for and may surface anywhere.
The federation insists Kyiv is a major supplier of weaponry and military technologies to the global black market, “including supplies to Latin American drug cartels and training terrorists in Africa.”
Russia added that the “Western-created Ukrainian tentacled network” is reaching as far as regional conflicts in the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
Accusing Ukraine of undermining regional and global security, Moscow urged the world to pay attention to its leadership, which Western countries “use as leverage” against Russia and other nations.
Russia, however, deplored Saturday’s U.S.-Israel strikes on Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, saying such attacks posed risks to civilians and could trigger radiological or environmental consequences.
The government urged the United Nations and the IAEA to conduct “an unbiased and uncompromising assessment of the irresponsible actions” that portend a catastrophe for the entire Middle East.
President Donald Trump has threatened more strikes, issuing a 48-hour ultimatum to Iran to stop its blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has vowed to retaliate if further bombarded.
