A man in Adamawa State has been accused of conspiring with two other men to attack his mother at midnight and rob her of N200,000 and other valuables.

The Adamawa State Police Command said on Friday that it had arrested the three suspects in connection with the robbery, which took place at Wuro Kuturu, a community in the Jimeta axis of Yola.

The command said the incident occurred on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at about midnight, when the victim’s son allegedly conspired with two others, armed themselves with dangerous weapons and gained entry into the family residence, where they robbed his mother and siblings of N200,000, two phones and a power bank.

The Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Sulaiman Nguroje, identified the suspects as Aminu Adamu, 20; Adamu Mamman, 22; and Nuhu Umar, 22, all of Wuro-Kuturu.
